Chuck Co-owns Lancaster Starter and Alternator with his partner Bart Sheaffer. They started the company in 1995 the same year he married Jill. He is a graduate of Columbia High School class of 1977. Chuck has an associate degree from York College ('80) and a Bachelors degree from Millersville ('83). He is also on the Finance Committee at Saint Richard Catholic Church.
